Agreement

These terms apply when you download or use the Driftwave iOS app. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Driftwave on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store terms.

Health & safety

Driftwave uses pulsing light and sound. Do not use Driftwave if you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, or photosensitivity. Stop if you feel unwell, and never use it while driving or operating machinery.

Driftwave is a wellness app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have any concerns about whether Driftwave is suitable for you, consult a qualified health professional before use.

Subscriptions & billing

Parts of Driftwave require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its soundscapes, and not to use the app in any way that violates applicable law.

Disclaimer of warranty

Driftwave is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will meet your needs or produce any particular outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
